gheeetttttttttttttttttto fabulous.

oh, iphone. you are in such sad shape.
yes...that is packing tape covering the many many cracks. dont hate.

im not even ashamed.

ONE drop. ONE drop i tell ya...and this happens.

and before this... the vibrate decided to not work. so whenever my phone was on vibrate mode i would hear....crshshshhshshshshsh.

ya kinda embarassing.

now i have crshshshshhshshshshs + it looking like this...oh joy
it's been like this for almost a month now i think.

it honestly deosnt bother me much

but people go crazy over it. they feel so bad.
the subject of my phone tends to dominate many of my conversations lately.

once a guy told me he wouldnt take me on a date til i got a new one. (he was joking, obviously)

my contract is up on april 15, so i was just gonna wait and get the 3gs

but at&t is so crappy that im thinking maybe ill hold out til maybe verizon finally gets iphone, which is in talks i guess?

or until the newer iphone comes out which i heard was in june?

oh, decisions decisions.

matix mommy dates.

we had so much fun this weekend.

just me and the little guy.

the grandparents were out of town.

so we were forced to find our own fun.

and that we did!

friday night we went to bowling and dinner with kelli and dylan.

the boys had a blast.

but matix got distracted by the french fries i ordered about halfway through...

and gave up, oh well.

saturday we headed to siegfried and roy's secret garden at the mirage with our good friend brittany and her son keegan to see lions and tigers and..(no bears)...but dolphins and llamas and leopards. then we ate at CPK. the boys were in heaven. and so were me and brittany. the weather was absolutely perfect. and it was heavenly just sitting on the edge of the pool watching the dolphins do their thing. they were so close that we could seriously reach out and touch them if we wanted...and we got splashed a few times when they would jump out of the water. we all loved it!

oh, matix

has recently figured out how to climb out of his crib.

oh and i don't appreciate it.

he was the best sleeper ever.

we would just put him in his bed for nap time or bedtime and he may cry for a second but he'd always be asleep within a few minutes.

well...thats not the case anymore....

we put him in his crib. he cries and cries.

then he'll climb out and sneak and play on my moms sewing machine.

it's a battle that will continue for hours.

until he will either go to sleep.

or ill give up and not have him nap.

one day i got home from work and my mom had bungee corded his door shut.

(i was dying of laughter...really mom? haha)

he's soooo tired and he wants to nap, cuz he tells us he wants his blanket. and he rubs his eyes. he just refuses to go to sleep.

lately he's been asking for a "nugo" in between cries.

what the crap is a "nugo"??? i have nooo idea.

today i called jon to try and figure out what it is.

apparently it's a "snuggle"

he wants to be snuggled to sleep.

ohhh you spoiled little boy.

so i held him in a blanket in my bed and in 15 minutes he was zonked

it was so sweet to hold my baby boy again like that, but i don't want this to be a habit.

i dont know what to do!!!

boo.boo.

the other day jon called me to check in.

matix calls me just about daily when he's at his dad's house.

anyways matix told me he got a boo boo on his head.

so jon added in that he had tried to ride his cousin daniels bike, and tipped over.

so he got a little scrape on his head and nose.

no big deal, right?

well when i got him on friday i was a little surprised to see this?

he's a little banged up huh?

thats a pretty big scrape.

jon said he barely even cried,

but he sure talks about it a lot.

and he has since picked off ALL of the scabs.

oh, little boyssssssss.

i saw mars.

and it really wasn't that exciting. shhhh.

but now i can say i saw it.

all you people will have to wait til 2012 to see that bad boy again if you missed it last night

or in january when it was much bigger.

but you can see saturn on monday night, if you feel so inclined.

maybe we should get a telescope for that one...

it might just make it a little more exciting than staring at a slightly red tinted star next to the moon.

then me and jessica kicked some trash at cranium. except that we lost. we were good though.

but for some reason cranium decided to be a little dirtier than normal.

we learned that 65% of boys in the US are circumcised.

and i had to act out reproduce, charade style. talk about awkward.

especially because my little brother was there. double awkward.

oh, cranium.

ohhhh i almost forgot. maybe its because im pushing it out of my head out of guilt.
me and jaron. we cheated. on yogurtland. with uswirl.
never again. never again i tell ya.
it just wasnt the same. and we got crap for it.
but they have a freaking awesome couch there.

st. patty's day.

is one of my favorites... why?

cuz of the beer duh. (ya freaking right)

i dont drink. ever.

it's because of the color green. duh. it's my absolute favorite.

so if any of you were lame and didn't wear green you should be ashamed.

touch-a-truck

saturday morning me and matix planned to go to touch a truck at the orleans. my mom and dad had nothing to do so they joined us. i think my dad may have had just about as much fun as matix. seriously. matix is definitely a little boy, so i know he'd just love it. and he did.
