Labor day weekend started out with some marx family fun at good ole lake mead. doug couldnt make because he had work so me and matix headed out there on our own. i got off work late so i caught a ride with bishop dye and we got there right as the sun was going down. we ate some kfc and headed straight to our tradition of night swimming at the damn. our group consisted of three other families, the gutierrez's, the dye's, and the webb's, and of course the melvin's and the bartlett's (which are my sister's families) we had smores then hit the sack. the next day we did some playing before heading back to vegas in the early afternoon. it was a super fun time, and matix always enjoys some quality time with the cousins.

it makes me sad to think that lake days will soon be coming to an end for this year at least :(
